What are the parameters of the Trial?

They are the same as in the Lite plan, with the exception of SMS (10) and email (2000) limits.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No, subscription plans for iPresso Express do not require any written contracts. You just need to register and pay for iPresso’s monthly or annual subscription. A contract is signed only for iPresso Enterprise, which offers individually adjustable settings.

What forms of payment for a subscription do you accept?

We accept the following credit card types: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We also accept payments via PayPal. You can pay monthly or annually and the fee is charged at the beginning of each subscription period. In the case of iPresso Enterprise, the fees may be paid by credit cards or bank transfers upon receipt of an invoice.

Are there any additional costs?

No, you can use the system without any additional costs within the limits outlined in your subscription plan. At any point you can upgrade to a plan with higher limits.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Yes, you can.

What is a "contact" in a subscription?

A contact is a person, company or any other entity in a database which contains any identifiable information, e.g. an email address.

Do you have discounts for non-profit organizations and schools?

Yes, we offer a discount of 40% to non-profit organizations and schools.

What kind of support is included in the base price?

Basic support includes access to our Help Center, 24/7 email support and phone support available from 9 AM to 5 PM. It is possible to extend the support to match your individual needs under the Premium Support: iPresso Academy&Services.

Is there an installation fee?

No, iPresso is activated upon completion of the registration and subscription payment process. If more advanced customization is needed, you can request our iPresso Services. This applies to the Enterprise version only.

What is the difference between Express plans and the Enterprise edition?

iPresso Express (LITE, PRO and EXPANSION plans) does not require any long-term contracts. It may be renewed monthly or annually, which is an excellent solution for small and medium businesses and for those users whose number of contacts does not exceed thirty thousand records. The Enterprise version is made available on an individual basis, its database may contain millions of contacts and it provides many additional features and modules thanks to which the system may be customized to your industry.
