A company operating in the FMCG industry wanted to encourage consumers to buy products, so it planned a sweepstakes with a specific start and end date, which it wanted to notify recipients of, for example, via SMS. To do this, she contacted iPresso, where she found all the functionality she needed, and not just for communicating with consumers.

- Collect the most important information about contacts
Using iPresso's forms, the company collected the data needed to personalize content. It also collected information about which contacts wanted to receive a message about the start of the sweepstakes, so the information was sent only to those interested. - Sending SMS messages
SMS messages were sent on the day the lottery started. The company also set up a reminder mailing that the sweepstakes was underway. Participants received an additional message with a guaranteed prize, a discount code. - Generating codes for the lottery
The company took advantage of yet another iPresso feature and generated promotional codes, which it placed on product packaging. Users registered them after purchase on the sweepstakes page. Guaranteed prizes, or discount coupons for purchases, were also created in iPresso.
Results
