Included in the subscription are our individual Premium Support services. The support may be purchased once or as part of an individually customized package which may be used every month.

Premium Support services fall into three categories depending on the Client's needs:

Integration, design, development, analysis, audit and consulting related to Marketing Automation and marketing technologies. Also UX research which includes designing of Customer Journeys and eyetracking.
Training courses and workshops, webinars, publications and reports.
iPresso’s apps, extensions and modules, as well as those which are integrated with the system. Designed and developed individually for each client or delivered as ready-to-use tools enhancing existing functionalities of the system.
